Every year Ferrari goes all out for an exclusive list of clientele at Pebble Beach for Concours d’Elegance. Since 2015 the brand has put their trust in us to create a memorable experience for their VIP guests and potential customers. To achieve this, we evolved the concept of Casa Ferrari from simply pop-up hospitality to a full-on boutique hotel. An experiential activation that featured the reveal of the Ferrari 458 Pista, luxurious partner experiences, entertainment and event production.
FERRARI @ Fairway one
Ferrari owns the rights to Fairway One at Pebble Beach during the show. Every year we put on an event that’s worthy of our millionaire clientele. We often have return visitors and customers year over that expect a fresh and different experience annually. In 2019, we celebrated Ferrari’s 90th year by featuring a collection of rare and iconic Ferraris that we paraded onto Fairway One and arranged them in the shape of a “90”. A display that rivaled the larger Concours d’Elegance event.

Designed for Ferrari’s top North American clients and a hand-picked selection of brand enthusiasts, the five-day program included an exclusive dinner with top Ferrari global executives, an elegant cocktail party, sponsor activations, test drives, a commemorative merchandise boutique, a gourmet dining experience and….

FAIRWAY ONE
Our team led strategic development and creative concepting for the entire event that included everything from run of show, dinner menu and entertainment, stage design, decor, signage and overall brand integration throughout the space.
We also managed and designed a rally and test drive experience at an-off site, secondary location embracing the aesthetics of Carmel by the Sea at the beautiful Carmel Highlands Old Gas Station. Our staffing experts also hired and trained all hostesses and brand ambassadors to meet the level of service consistent with the Ferrari brand.
In addition, we served as the lead agency in a lager collaboration that included multiple partner agencies, talent, and external vendors to produce another impressive event.
During the five-day program, Casa Ferrari hosted hundreds of guests, with an overwhelmingly positive response. Ferrari North America considers this a great success, noting phenomenal organization, execution, and service.
