10G Booth Concepts
In 2022 Comcast will bring engineers closer to what they love about their profession — the ability to create innovation that improve peoples lives. We’re also the home to innovators in Philly. Our people create and use our services everyday. They connect the city of Philadelphia. They inspire us to imagine the future. Let’s stand out as the gracious host that makes people feel comfortable and excited to imagine what’s possible with Comcast! These are the three different exhibit sketch concepts we presented to the client for their 30’ x 30’ Footprint..
The 10G Tree
How do we personify the magnitude of 10G? We’ll create a beautiful, interactive digital sculpture made entirely of programmable LED strips. The tree form, with branches extending overhead, symbolizes a vibrant 10G pipeline, feeding dynamic content up and out of the space. The 10G Tree is energetic and alive – flowing with interactive digital content.
In the center of the space is a massive digital sculpture made of bands of programmable flexible LED strip. The animated Tree features individual pieces of digital content, flowing and pulsing. Guests can interact with various states of the Tree that demonstrate before and after 10G implementation. Secondary screens present digital content for Comcast Network Support Solutions, and Comcast community engagement.
The City of Tomorrow
We’ll immerse guests in the impact of 10G using the city of Philadelphia as a storytelling experience.
With a large 3D printed model of the city and the use of interactive technologies like Augmented Reality, transparent LCDS, and/or projection mapping, we can tell contextualized Comcast 10G storylines that are dynamic and interactive.
The 10G Future
Along the back wall is a large digital wall with a map view of Philadelphia. Guests gather around a curved table to interact with the map via digital objects to reveal the story of Comcast 10G innovation is uncovered.
Secondary screens and tablets present digital content for Comcast Network Support Solutions. Map users can explore stories of Comcast’s community involvement in the area. High above, a drone presents a conversation starter for that program.
To immerse guests in the impact of 10G we’ll give them control of the City of Philadelphia.
Guests gather in front of a large digital wall map of the city. In front of them are several physical “tokens” representing components of Comcast’s 10G solution. As they place each tokens on an interactive screen, they learn about the technology solutions and watch the city-wide impact on the map above.
This playable approach puts the solution in guest’s hands in a fun way.
